About the Role
GreenHive Tech is looking for a passionate Head of Community to lead and grow our global Sustainability Network. In this role, you will connect innovators, environmental advocates, and organizations working towards a cleaner and greener planet. The role is ideal for someone who loves to engage communities, foster meaningful relationships, and drive eco-focused discussions that inspire action.
You’ll work with international teams, manage online and offline engagement strategies, and make sure our members feel empowered to contribute toward environmental change. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies to grow and engage the GreenHive Sustainability Network.
- Collaborate with the marketing, tech, and PR teams to align community initiatives with company goals.
- Host online and in-person community events, webinars, and eco-challenges.
- Monitor community feedback and trends to inform future campaigns and partnerships.
- Mentor and lead the community management team across multiple regions.
- Develop reports on engagement performance, user sentiment, and membership growth.
- Establish partnerships with sustainability influencers, educators, and NGOs.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Environmental Studies, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing online or global communities, preferably in sustainability or technology sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Discord, Slack, Circle, or community analytics dashboards.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for environmental advocacy and innovation.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and managing virtual events.
